Beginning May 1,
when you access Tempo5, you may see a notice on
your screen requesting that you install Active X
files. These updated files are needed for future
updates and various Tempo5 functionality:
printing, searching, etc. Please run/install
these files to ensure proper T5 performance.
Depending on your Windows and Internet Explorer
versions, there could be several steps in the
installation. Remember that after all installs,
you should always close programs and re-start
your computer.
Windows Vista &
Windows 7 users
- Internet Explorer must be running in
administrator mode before new active x files
will install.
Instructions for opening IE in administrator
mode:
* Close all Internet Explorer windows.
* Click the Start button, then click "All
Programs".
* Right click on "Internet Explorer" (not the
64-bit version).
* Left click on "Run as Administrator".
* Click Yes on the next window. IE will now open
in administrator mode and allow you to install
the active x files.
