The ppar.com public site has been updated to include MLS Income, Commercial, and Business Opportunity property search buttons. CSCP commercial listings are still available through a link under the large Search Commercial button.

COLORADO SPRINGS FOLD MAP
In response to the login survey, a supply of Colorado Springs large fold maps has been ordered from MacVan Publishing. These maps should be available around the first week in April. We’ll post an announcement when they are available for sale.

SHARING SUPRA KEYS AND COMPUTER LOGINS
Participation in PPMLS and PPCIE/CSCP is voluntary. If you elect to participate, please note that the PPMLS and PPCIE Rules preclude the unauthorized sharing of Supra keys and computer logins. If you are a currently licensed broker or appraiser, even if you are employed as an assistant, you must have your own subscription to use these services. If you are an unlicensed assistant you are authorized to use your employing broker’s computer login to perform administrative tasks, but not the Supra key. The fine for unauthorized use is $240.

TEMPORARY SUSPENSIONS
Access to PPMLS or CSCP may be temporarily suspended for non-payment of invoices, or if a broker is in between offices. During a temporary suspension the member’s computer login will not work, and their name will not display on listings.
