PPMLS PHOTO POLICY CHANGE

Per action of the RSC Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2010 a primary photo will be required not only for Category 1-Residential listings, but a primary photo will also be required for Category 2-Income, and Category 8-Rental listings within seven (7) days of input into PPMLS. (This applies to new listings entered as of September 1; existing INC and RNT listings are not affected.) If not input within the required seven days, a photo will be taken by the RSC photographer and the listing broker will be charged the $15.00 mandatory photo fee for RES, INC, and RNT listings in El Paso and Teller counties. For listings in other counties, the listing status will be changed to TW-Temporarily Withdrawn until the photo is supplied.

Notwithstanding the requirements for RES, INC, and RNT listings, brokers are encouraged to submit at least a primary photo for all listings.
