Although only 2% of the SentriLock
lockboxes have experienced an issue, RSC is working closely with
SentriLock to monitor activity and prevent problems in the future.
If you have an unresponsive lockbox, a power paddle may be used to
access the battery compartment and change out the batteries, which
are covered under warranty. If your office does not have a power
paddle, please call RSC at 635-5040 to borrow a loaner paddle and to
obtain new batteries.
