The PPMLS Tempo System “Publish” on June 23, 2009 includes these changes:
  • A new field for “Display Property Address on Internet Y/N”. This field was
     added in response to a NAR requirement that allows a Seller to “Opt Out”
     of displaying their property address on Internet sites. Note: Current listings
     are defaulted to “Yes-Display Address.”
  • Optional Disclosures and Mandatory Disclosures fields have been renamed
     to Optional Notices and PPMLS Required Disclosures/Notices to avoid
     confusion with state-mandated disclosures.

PPAR.COM Unbranded/Frameable Search is scheduled for release on July 6!
  • If you like ppar.com, now you can incorporate the search functionality into
     your own IDX Web Site.

New NAR Webpage on Short Sales – NAR has set up a webpage on short sales. REALTORS® who are new to short sales can learn the basics and watch webinars to increase their knowledge. The site also includes information about NAR’s advocacy efforts to improve the process.
