RSC RULES AND REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT ALL LISTINGS BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 72 HOURS AFTER THE SIGNATURE OF THE SELLER HAS BEEN OBTAINED ON THE LISTING AGREEMENT.

SPECIAL NOTE ON PPMLS  RESIDENTIAL LISTINGS:
If a Category 1 - Residential REALTOR® submitted photo or rendering has not been received by RSC within 7 days after the El Paso or Teller county listing was submitted, then RSC will order a photograph, and the listing agent will be charged $15.00. This requirement applies regardless of the listing status.

Photos

When you upload photos into the PPMLS Tempo system, be sure they are in jpg format and file size is 1000k or smaller.

If your photos are too large (over 1000k):
Photo Resize can assist you in re-sizing your photos to the correct size for uploading into the PPMLS system.
Photos must then be uploaded into the PPMLS system.

When photos are delivered to the RSC office (430 N. Tejon St., Suite 301):
They can be on CD or memory stick. Use the listing number to name the file appropriately.  The first image for the listing 123123 would be 123123_0.jpg, and additional photos for that listing can be named by adding numbers (_1 to _14).  So if you want to submit three additional images for listing 123123, you would name them 123123_1.jpg, 123123_2.jpg and 123123_3.jpg with a maximum of 15 additional photos at a charge of $3.00 each.  The images for this listing would then be:

123123_0.jpg  (This would be the primary photo, all others are additional.)
123123_1.jpg
123123_2.jpg
123123_3.jpg
and so on to 123123_14.jpg

PPMLS Rules state: "The first photo must be an exterior shot or rendering of the primary building that is for sale, which may be from any angle or view, including aerials. The use of "fades" or other overlays is prohibited on the primary listing photo.  Panoramic views from the subject property may not be used as the primary photo; however, panoramic views of the subject property are acceptable.

On all photos, the Photo Image and Photo Remarks shall not contain licensee name, office information, telephone numbers, listing address or location, images of people, maps, signs, email address, hyperlink or any identifying information or means of contact, with one exception. Maps (with address) may be submitted for Category 3-Land listings for the primary and additional images; all other restrictions apply.

If unauthorized content is placed in the Photo Remarks or Photo Image, then the photo(s) will be rejected. If the primary photo is rejected, then all photos must be rejected. An email will be sent to the broker to indicate why the photo(s) was rejected."

Virtual Tours

You may upload Virtual Tours at not charge. (there is a maximum of two Virtual Tours per listing)

Virtual Tours will not be displayed in the public PPMLS site.

PPMLS Rules state: "Virtual tours shall be for the subject property only. RSC does not scrub tours and therefore they may contain contact information. Tours may be uploaded directly into the PPMLS system at no charge, or they may be submitted to RSC for input for a charge of $10 per tour. Request for a Virtual Tour link must be submitted in writing or by email. The request must contain the MLS# and the complete URL - beginning with the http://. Virtual tours will not display on views or the client web. However, the "customer with photo/vt" report includes a virtual tour."
