STEP 1: |
You must currently be in an
active phone call with an RSC Technical Support Representative
before we will connect to your computer for online support. If
you are not on the phone with us, please dial 719-635-5040 for
further assistance. |

STEP 2: |
Enter your name and company
in the fields below and choose the Representative from the
drop-down list that you support representative tells you to
choose. Click on Continue. |

STEP 3: |
You will be prompted to
download the small, virus-free GoToAssist program. Click on OK
or Accept to begin the download. |

STEP 4: |
Once
downloaded, you will prompted to allow the program to run. Click
on OK or Accept. |

STEP 5: |
After we connect to your
computer, you will
see a message that the Support Representative wishes to view
your computer. Click on the prompts as instructed by your RSC
Technical Support Representative. Once connected, RSC Technical
Support staff will be able to see your computer screen and share
control of your keyboard and mouse. You may end the session at
any time by clicking the 'X' to close GoToAssist. |

nothing is permanently installed to your computer, so you must
repeat these steps each time your enter an online support
session with us. |
