Step 1: |
Enter your Name and Brokerage Name and then
click on Continue. |

Step 2: |
You will then be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in which will connect you to a member of
the RSC Technical Support Team. When you see the "Download Now"
button, please click on it. |

Step 3: |
After initialization and connection, you
will see a windows that says "Start ScreenSharing". Please
click on OK. The RSC Technical Support specialist will then be
able to see your screen and to share
control of your mouse and keyboard in order to help solve your
technical issue. |

Step 4: |
You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time. |
