ESTABLISHED RENTAL HISTORY:

Are you marketing a property listed in Category 1-RESIDENTIAL in the PPMLS system as an �investment� property?  The PPMLS system now has a new choice for �Established Rental History� under the Sales Conditions field.  If the property that you have listed already has an established rental history, then you may select this choice. 

Buyer agents, now you have a field to search when looking for residential investment properties to show to your investors!

SUPRA SHOWING ACTIVITY REPORT:

Although the capability was released several months back, some brokers may not be aware that you can now retrieve showing activity on your listings from within the PPMLS System.  Briefly:  

• After you have added a new listing in PPMLS, go to the Add/Edit Property List  screen and select the option to �Assign Supra Keybox.�  The system will ask you for the Keybox (lock box) serial number, and the lock box shackle code.

• When the lockbox that is assigned to this listing is opened by other brokers, it creates a showing record in the Supra system. 

• This record is available to you for viewing in the PPMLS system under the Add/Edit Property List screen and �View Supra Showing Activity.�

• Note � Supra has deleted all of the old AEII (grey) lockboxes.  Therefore, the system will not allow you to assign them through the �Assign Supra Keybox� program, and they will not be available on a Showing Activity report.
