REPORTING
SALES: Please remember to input sales into the PPMLS system
within 72 hours of closing. The
Change and Correction Form
indicates which fields are required when changing the listing
status to Sold. Sold Concessions is now a required field. If
there were no sold concessions, input 0 for that field. RSC
audits the PPMLS for sold information and failure to submit may
result in a $100 fine.

REQUIRED PHOTOS: All
Category 1-RES listings must have a Primary photo or rendering
to represent the property. If RSC has not received the photo or
rendering for the El Paso or Teller County listing within seven
(7) days of input, then RSC will take the photo and the listing
broker will be assessed a $15.00 charge,
even if the broker subsequently
submits their own photo after seven days.

MOBILE ACCESS TO PPMLS:
Wireless access to PPMLS data is available through CCMLS. CCMLS
is a system where Metrolist, IRES, and RSC exchange property
information on a daily basis, with the extended offer to coop
and compensate participating brokers. The CCMLS Mobile link
is provided at
www.pikespeakrsc.com (on the
left side of the page).
