TEMPO FAX-IN DOCUMENT PROCEDURE:

  • The Tempo� system will create a cover sheet for your document.  (Add/Edit Media, then select a choice from the Fax-In a Document list, then Add New Media, then Create a Cover Sheet, then Print.)
     

  • All Fax-In documents must have a cover sheet that was printed from Tempo™.
     

  • Print out the cover sheet, include your documents with it, and fax it to the telephone number that appears on the cover sheet. (The process is the same; the telephone number is the only thing that changed with the Publish on September 18.)
     

  • Please do not attempt to fax other correspondence intended for the PPMLS office to the Tempo� fax number.  The Tempo� fax number is only to be used to fax documents so that they will appear with your listing in the Tempo� system.
     

  • As of 9/24/07, the process to send confirmation emails is not yet operational.  Check your Media list to see if your fax was processed.
