STATISTICS: RSC will post updated listing statistic reports approximately four business days after the 1st business day of each month. RSC posts the Monthly Listing and Sales Summary, the PPMLS Sales Activity Report and the PPMLS Listing Activity Report. These statistics are available to Participants at www.pikespeakrsc.com under RSC Links/#24-Statistics. The PPMLS Sales Activity Report and the PPMLS Listing Activity Report are commonly called the Book statistics because these reports appeared in the back of the MLS book when it was in publication. COMMERCIAL IMPORT: At the request of RCIS and to better market the PPMLS commercial properties to PPCIE/CSCP commercial brokers, RSC has designed a program to import limited listing information from the PPMLS system to the CSCP system. More details here. TRAINING CLASSES/ON-LINE TUTORIALS: In an effort to make supplemental PPMLS classes more accessible, RSC has created several On-line classes. Custom Search, Custom Report, and Realist tutorials are currently available. Prospect modules are under development. Access the On-line classes at www.pikespeakrsc.com under Training Classes/On-Line Classes. NO PHOTOS ON LISTINGS: Brokers have seven days to upload a primary photo for their Category 1-Residential listing before a photo is ordered by RSC. If a property does not have a photo, please do not submit this as a violation. RSC has a procedure in place to identify these listings, order a photo, and charge the listing broker. SHORT SALE ADDENDUM: The CREC has approved a new form to address Short Sales. If you intend to use this form, RSC recommends that you use caution, and consult with an attorney first. Recently PPAR Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee has reviewed a number of Ethics complaints with respect to short sales. |
