In June, RSC invited Participants to serve on a Task Force to study and make recommendations on the MLS Area boundaries in El Paso County. After lengthy discussion of the impact of product and acreage on marketing and sales, the following recommendations were made:
These recommendations have been scheduled for implementation with the December 2008 Tempo programming publish. To make purchasing maps more convenient by being available in additional outlets, and to offer more competitive pricing, the RSC Board of Directors is changing the map formats. MacVan plans to have maps that have been updated with new streets and the new Areas in January 2009.
The current inventory of Colorado Springs City fold and Colorado Springs Regional Atlas maps are now discounted to a lower cost of $3.50 and $10.00 respectively.
