PPMLS LISTING STATUS:

If a property is already in the PPMLS system with a listing status of A, A#, UC, P, or W, the computer system will not allow the input of a duplicate listing at the same address. For example, if a property is in the system as W-Withdrawn status, the system will not allow a new listing to be entered.
The W-Withdrawn status indicates that the listing has been temporarily withdrawn from the PPMLS. The listing agreement may still be valid. For example, if the home needs to be painted, the sellers may request that the home be temporarily withdrawn from the PPMLS, even through the listing agreement is in force.
The WC-Cancelled status indicates that the listing agreement has been terminated prior to the expiration date, by mutual agreement with the seller. Representing a listing as WC-Cancelled when the listing agreement is still in force is a violation of the PPMLS Rules.
The PPMLS Rules prohibit duplicate listings of the same property address within a category. For example, you may not have one property in Category RES as property type Townhome, and also as property type Condo at the same time.
