REMINDERS:

• When searching by Street Name, do not include Grove, Heights, Point, etc. as these are Street Types (not Street Names).

• The Photo Image and Photo Remarks shall not contain licensee name, office information, telephone numbers, listing address or location, images of people, maps, email address, hyperlink or any identifying information or means of contact, with one exception. Maps (with address) may be submitted for Category 3-Land listing for the primary and additional images; all other restrictions apply. If unauthorized content is placed in the Photo Image or Photo Remarks, then the photo(s) will be rejected. If the primary photo is rejected, then all photos must be rejected.

• For Category 1-RES listings, the first/primary photo must be uploaded within seven days of listing input. If not, the system will automatically order a photo and the broker will be assessed a $15.00 photo fee. This requirement is still in effect, even if the listing status is changed during this seven-day period. Because all listings eventually become comps, it is important to have a photo as part of the historical record of the listing, even for off-market statuses.

• The RSC and PPAR offices will close at noon on December 24 and 31, and will also be closed all day on December 25-26, and January 1-2.
