Lock Boxes – There have been reports that in foreclosures the lock boxes are removed by the new (bank) owner, and not returned to the previous listing broker. When your listing agreement expires or is terminated, remember to remove your box in a timely manner.

Fines – Data transactions within the PPMLS are subject to the PPMLS Rules and Regulations. Brokers are alerted of possible violations through their ppar.net email. To help avoid fines please ensure that you  (1) regularly check your ppar.net email (or have it forwarded to another mailbox that you do check) and (2) check your listing inventory in Tempo to ensure that listing statuses are correct.
