OPEN HOUSES ON WWW.PPAR.COM
Our members spoke; we listened. Brokers who
attended the demo of the updated www.ppar.com at the PPAR Town Hall
meeting on April 29 absolutely loved the new site. As a result of
the input from that meeting, we added the “Open House” functionality
to the site when we launched it on May 18. In less than one week,
the new site averaged six times as many page views than the old
site!
To take the Open House feature a step forward, and to make it more
convenient for consumers, the Directors have officially designated
the second weekend of every month as “PPAR Open House Weekend.” Of
course you and your sellers can certainly have an open house on any
day, but PPAR wants to encourage you to consider scheduling your
open houses on that second weekend of the month -- PPAR Open House
Weekend. If you schedule your open house in the PPMLS Tempo system,
it will be included on the www.ppar.com site when your open house is
within seven days of the scheduled date.
Refer to information in the “Agent Console”

www.ppar.com
- Opt-out of receiving consumer’s inquiries
on your listings via Text Messaging (Note-If you have a cell
number in your PPAR Membership record, a Text Messaging icon
will automatically appear on your listings.)
- Comply with Seller’s request to not display
listing address on www.ppar.com
- Obtain instructions to load your Agent
Photo, Bio, etc. to appear with your listings
- Want to use the updated ppar.com site as
your broker IDX site, or a link on your IDX site?
- An “unbranded” version without listing
agent photos, company logos, and rosters will be available
by the end of June.
- Please do not call PPAR about it now;
we will announce it when it is available.
