1. The PPMLS Rules and Regulations, Section 18.5, authorize PPMLS Participant and Sub-Participant brokers to "frame" to the ppar.com Public Search.
2. RSC does not provide an IDX website, nor does it host a website.  RSC provides an unbranded version of the ppar.com Public Search to allow PPMLS Participant and Sub-Participant brokers to incorporate the search into their existing IDX website.
3. The PPMLS Participant or Sub-Participant broker must register to obtain the unbranded site security "token".  Click here to obtain the "Framing Registration/Agreement" form.  The form is also available by going to www.pikespeakrsc.com, then RSC Links (32F).
4. You will have 2 options to choose from for your web site. Option 1 is where the search menu uses the blue mini-icons like what you see on the ppar.com web site. Option 2 allows for you to use your own menu system on your web site to link to each of the individual Search pages without the feel of the ppar.com buttons. For a examples of the available options, click here for option 1 and click here for option 2. Then fill out the Option Select Form and return it along with the Registration/Agreement to RSC.
5. Since participation in the PPMLS is extended through the employing broker, any Sub-Participant (non-employing broker) must also have their employing broker sign the registration form.  Fax the completed form to RSC at 719-476-8181.
6. The registration coordinator will check to ensure that you have an existing broker IDX website.  Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
7. When approved, a link with your security token and instructions for you website provider will be emailed to you at your ppar.net, and if available, other email address noted in Tempo.
8. Note that each token is specifically branded to your name, office, and office phone number.
