PPMLS Tempo® System programming "Publish" for July 14, 2010. Updates/changes listed below:

Add/Edit

Range Marketing is being removed from the Edit Listing screen. Terms Offered - adding choices "VAVendee" and "FHA203K". Business Opportunity will contain a new required field: Involves Sale/Lease of Real Estate. Property Description Remarks - when saving a listing, an alert window will now appear when words/phrases have been removed per PPMLS Rules & Regulations Section 1.2. To view the list of words "scrubbed" from Property Description Remarks, click here. Expiration Date - when saving a listing, an alert window will notify user when date entered is "less then or equal to" current date. Total Bedrooms - when saving a listing, an alert window will ask user to confirm if "0" is correct when entered for Total Bedrooms. Street Type - added choice "Alley".

Search/Reports

CMA Wizard - adding choice "Sold Price/Leased Rate" to  "Available Features" list (page 3). Acres - will display a maximun of two decimal places in all Long, Customer, Showing and Book reports. Mapping - "Select All" box has been added to mapping screen. Search by Map- default Quick/Custom Search  zoom level has been changed from 80 miles (entire state) to 10 miles to allow for fewer clicks to zoom into the PPMLS areas. Mapping - mapped search results zoom level has been changed from 30 yards to 150 yards to allow for easier view of surrounding streets. School District - added ability to do a  "Not" search for School Districts. Custom Search/Report - colons can now be used in Custom Search/Report names.

Non-Functional issues fixed

Custom Search - searches using fields "Selling Broker ID#" and "Selling Agent ID#" will now work correctly. Add/Edit - field "Display Address on Internet" will now display correctly after being edited. Client Web - property address will now display when viewing listing photos. CMA Wizard - "Price Comparison" page will now correctly display Adjusted Priced instead of List Price.
