Update to Unpaid Invoices Late Fee Policy

This change will go into effect beginning with invoices dated 9/25/17.

PPAR/RSC strives to provide quality services to its members to help them be professional and successful in their chosen career. In order to improve service and avoid confusion; PPAR/RSC has updated the terms regarding late fees on unpaid invoices.

Monthly invoices for MLS access and SentriLock are dated the 25th of each month. Payment is due 30 days after invoice date. An invoice will be considered late if payment is not received by due date. A $25 late fee will be added on the day after due date.

MLS and SentriLock access will be suspended if payment for invoice and late fee is not received within 15 days of due date.

MLS and SentriLock access will be inactivated if payment for invoice and late fee is not received within 45 days of due date. If inactivation occurs, member will have to re-apply for MLS and SentriLock access including providing new application paperwork and applicable fees.

To avoid paying a late fee, set a reminder to pay BEFORE the 25th of each month for the previous month’s invoice or contact Accounting to set up an automatic credit/debit card payment at 633-7718.
