Agents will have the ability to change their listing
from Pending status to Withdrawn Canceled.
Previously, a Change and Correction had to be faxed to RSC staff to
make the change.
- Edit Listing - abbreviation Elect.
Adv. will be changed to Electronic Advertising.
Default choice is now "All".
- View Menu - along with View by Agent and
View by MLS Number, View by Address
has been added.
- Basement/Foundation:
- "None" option removed
- "Walk Out Level" changed to "Walk Out"
- remove "Walk Out" from the requirement for "Basement Sq Ft" and "%
Basement Finished"
- "Basement Sq Ft" is required when choosing Full Basement,
Garden Level, and/or Partial Basement - a number greater
than 0.
- "% Basement Finished" is required when choosing Full Basement,
Garden Level, and/or Partial Basement - a number equal
or greater than 0.
Main
Level Bedroom
Main Level Bedroom is
a new required field added to Residential. This new field will allow
agents to search for listings that have any bedroom
on the main level.
Income
- Unit Limits increased
Unit 1-5 # of
Bedrooms, Baths, Garages limits are being
increased from 9 to 99.
Unit Total- # of Bedrooms, Baths, Garages
limits are being increased from 99 to 999.
These changes are to accommodate larger properties.
Income
- Other Rentable Space/Building
A new field call "Other
Rentable Space/Building" has been added to the Income category.
This is a text field (75 characters) where you can type in other
rentable spaces.
Example: a rental house that has a second rentable house or
"cottage" on the same property. A short description of the second
building can be typed in Other Rentable Space/Building.
Appointment Contact
The Appointment Contact field will be added to all Medium
reports.
Rental -
Rent Includes
The Rent Includes field will now have a "None"
choice.
Custer
County
Custer County will be a choice
in the County pick list.
