ANNOUNCEMENTS – MAY 10, 2007 

C.R.E.C. AND SOLD CONCESSIONS
Division of Real Estate Director Erin Toll was unable to attend the April 24 Town Hall meeting due to inclement weather.  She had planned to explain the C.R.E.C. policy to pursue loan fraud which is sometimes indicated by a discrepancy between List and Sold Price, and no disclosure of Sold Concessions.

The meeting is rescheduled for Wednesday, May 23, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the Sheraton Hotel.  All who were signed up before will be transferred to the new date, unless you request a refund by email to vbarnes@ppar.org. 

If you were not previously registered for the class but would like to attend, please email Verna Barnes at vbarnes@ppar.org for space availability. 

TEAMS
Are you a broker working as part of a team?  Do you need the ability to Edit team listings that were entered under another broker’s Agent ID?  The “Edit Assistant Permission” option may solve this problem. 

This function is available to, and must be performed by the Designated REALTOR® or Office Manager.  In a nutshell, it allows one broker to Add/Edit for another broker in the team.  Click here for screen shots.
