 CCM NOW DELIVERS MORE DATA

Colorado Cooperative MLS (CCM) is a joint effort between Pikes Peak RSC, Metrolist, and IRES to exchange MLS content.  This effort enables broker Participants to better serve their clients by having access to property information along the entire Front Range from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins.  In addition, the offer of cooperation and compensation is extended between the Participants of each MLS for properties listed through the MLS.

During the past three years of this effort, Participants from each MLS have had access to limited information from the other two participating MLSs.  Recently RSC, Metrolist and IRES agreed to increase the number of data fields exchanged by an additional 20 fields.

Property information for Single Family, Condo, Town Home, Patio, Duplex, and Vacant Land are exchanged.  Statuses include A-Active, Active-First Right, Under Contract, Pending, and also Sold and Expired for the previous six months.

New data fields include:  Contact Phone Number, Terms Offered, Possession, Taxes, Earnest Money, Earnest Money Holder, HOA Name, Builder Name, Model Name, Sq Ft Source, Upper SF, Main SF, Lower SF, Basement SF, Master Bedroom Level, Structure, Siding, Roofing, Heat, Appliances, Existing Water, Sewer, bringing the total number of data fields now exchanged to 74.

In addition to the new fields, RSC’s CCM (referred to as CCMLS) will have true wireless capability.  That means that if you have a smart phone, you may be able to use it to retrieve information from CCMLS.  The system will automatically detect your device and retrieve a screen and search options designed for wireless (mobile) access.  You may search by Address, MLS#, and limited features such as Status, Area, Property Type, and Price.
