• MOBILE ACCESS TO PPMLS  – Wireless access to PPMLS data is available through CCMLS.  CCMLS is a system where Metrolist, IRES, and RSC exchange property information on a daily basis, with the extended offer to coop and compensate participating brokers.  The “CCMLS Mobile” link is provided at www.pikespeakrsc.com (on the left side of the page).
   

• SUPRA EKEY – More devices are now supported.  Click this link for more information.
   

• LAPTOP PRINTER – When you are in the PPAR building and using your own laptop, you can print to the Resource Room 302 printer.  Click here for instructions.
   

• CUSTOM SEARCH IN HOTSHEET – Did you know that you can create a Custom Search, for example for a particular Subdivision or Top/Side Coordinate, and incorporate it into your Hotsheet report?  Custom Search classes are scheduled on a regular basis.
