RSC Participants have current, comprehensive information services. 

The RSC Board of Directors meets monthly.  Their responsibility is to represent the Participants to establish services and policies to accomplish the RSC mission statement.

PURPOSE OF RSC

To provide a multiple listing service (PPMLS), a commercial information exchange (PPCIE/CSCP), an electronic lock box system and other related products and services to enable Participants to better serve their clients.

PPMLS:

• MLS/Listing Information
  • Over 7,000 available properties
  • Sold information dating back to 1993
  • Up to 40 media files attached to each listing; Photo Re-sizer
  • Auto assignment of Area by tax schedule number; Top/Side Coordinate searches
• County Records – El Paso, Teller, Douglas, and 10 other counties
• County Records Index (search by Top/Side Coordinate)
• Mapping; search by map, or map searched properties
• Email listings; “Customer” reports
• Supra Showing Reports integrated into Tempo system
• Download options for Top Producer, Agent Office, Lightning, Pocket Real Estate
• Rental Database
• Prospect Auto; notify four times per day
• Client Web  - individual websites for Prospects (clients)
• Colorado Cooperative MLS (CCMLS) with listings from Metrolist and IRES
• Active listings (limited information) advertised on www.REALTOR.com,  www.ppar.com,  and IDX sites
• Regularly scheduled classes and local customer support

PPCIE/CSCP:

• Access to 1,000 commercial properties
• Create saved searches and  “catalogs” for clients
• Email listings and catalogs
• Attach documents
• Mapping; including satellite views
• Post “Haves” and “Needs”
• Broadcast email; within the system, metropolitan area, state
• County Records – El Paso, Teller, Douglas, and 10 other counties
• Regularly scheduled classes and local customer support

LOCK BOX/KEYS:

• Infrared Electronic Lock Box
• Electronic key; choice of d-display, or eKey (Palm)
