In the event of multiple violations per reported
incident, the listing broker will be assessed the higher
fine, but not multiple fines.

A primary image for listings in El Paso or Teller County for
RES, INC, RNT categories. |
Required; photo or artist rendering. |
1)
If not submitted within seven days a photo will be ordered
and the broker will be charged the applicable $20 photo fee.
2) If the photographer is unable to locate the
property, then the listing status will be changed to
TW-Temporarily Withdrawn (after a courtesy call to the
listing broker). 3)
A "Photo Not Available" image will be uploaded.
4) After submission of an acceptable image the
listing broker may reinstate their listing. |

RNT categories. |
Required; photo or artist rendering. |
1)
The listing status will be changed to TW-Withdrawn (after a
courtesy call to the listing broker) for listings not in El
Paso or Teller counties, when a photo has not been uploaded
within the allowed time frame.
2) A "Photo Not Available" image will be uploaded.
3) After submission of an acceptable image the
listing broker may reinstate their listing.
