| I keep getting sent back to the log in page after submitting my PPMLS login. | You are entering incorrect log in
information or there are past due statements owed. Please verify that you are using the correct login id
and password or call PPAR at 633-7718 for billing questions. You may need to disable Internet Explorer's Auto-complete feature, as IE will only remember one login per domain (URL) and there are multiple logins on our web site. |
| I cannot get to the login page. | If the PPMLS log in
page is missing the Login ID and Password fields, you may not be using the correct Internet browser software. If PPMLS
participants are not using Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer, then you will
not be able to get to the log in page. Older
versions of IE and other web browsers cannot correctly handle the
code that the PPMLS system utilizes. If you cannot get the log in page because you are using an older version of Internet Explorer, you will have to upgrade your browser. You will then be able to access the PPMLS system. Please carefully read and follow the directions before beginning the upgrade. If you are using AOL, you will need to open Internet Explorer AFTER connecting to AOL, and then in IE, proceed to the Pikespeakrsc.com web site in order to access the system. |
| What is Auto-complete? | Internet Explorer can be enabled to remember the login and password for every web site that you visit. However, PPAR has several logins, and Auto-complete could be "remembering" the wrong information. Example, IE may be remembering your E-Commerce login, but you are actually trying to log in to PPMLS. For this reason and also as an added security measure, so that other people cannot use your logins, PPAR recommends that you disable the auto-complete feature. |
| How do I disable Auto-Complete? | With Internet Explorer 7 open, click on Tools and then on Internet Options. Next click on the "Content" tab and then Setting in the "Auto Complete" section. Uncheck the "User Names and Passwords" option, then click on the "Clear Password" button. Finally click on "OK" and "OK" to get out of the Internet Options window. |
| What if I have forgotten my PPMLS or PPCIE passwords? | Click on "Forgot your password?" on the log in page, or send an email to ppmls@ppar.org. We will send your login information to your ppar.net email box the next business day. If it is regular business hours, you can call RSC at 635-5040 and we will email your login information to your ppar.net email address. |

| What if I have forgotten my PPAR Email password or login information? | Please present a picture ID at the PPAR Offices at 430 N. Tejon, 7:00 to 5:30, Monday through Friday. Additionally, email information can be mailed to you via the US Post Office. Call PPAR at 633-7718 for more information. |
