Logins and Passwords
PPMLS

Login ID: Your NRDS Number
Password: individually assigned.

PPMLSAnywhere Your PPMLS login (upper/lower case sensitive)
CSCP Login ID: Your NRDS Number plus the letter "a" (ie. 230001234a)
Password: individually assigned.
KIM/Supra Login ID: Key #
Password: PIN
E-Commerce Login ID: Your NRDS Number
Password: individually assigned.
RSC Links Your PPMLS or PPCIE login.
  • Because the PPMLS, E-Commerce, CSCP and PPAR Email are separate systems, we cannot have a central, one-login point.
  • Login ID’s are your 9-digit NRDS Number (National REALTOR® Database System).
  • Different passwords were generated for each login point for security reasons. You may change all passwords to be the same thing if you choose. Keep in mind if you do this, anyone who knows your password could access your information, including financial and personal records with the Association.
To Change Passwords
PPMLS
  1. Log in.
  2. Click on My Tools
  3. Click on Change Your Password.
CSCP
  1. Log in.
  2. Under My Account, click on Change Password.
E-Commerce
  1. Log in to this E-Commerce module. Click on “Personal Information
  2. Scroll to bottom of page and click on  “Change Password” in the lower-right of the web page.

What if I have forgotten my PPMLS or PPCIE passwords? Send an email to ppmls@ppar.org. We will email your login information on the next business day. If it is regular business hours, you can call RSC at 635-5040 and we will email your login information to you.
What if I have forgotten my E-Commerce password or login information? Send an email to ims@ppar.org. We will email your login information on the next business day. If it is regular business hours, you can call PPAR at 633-7718 and we will email your login information to you.
