RSC Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

During these normal office hours you may call us at 719-635-5040, or you may send an email to us at rsc@ppar.org.  You will receive an acknowledgement of your email immediately, and an answer to your question within one business day.

During the weekend RSC staff are on-call from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday (and holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Easter) to address system problems only. 
System problems would include:

• The PPMLS Tempo System login page at www.pikespeakrsc.com is not available.
• The  www.pikespeakrsc.com page is not available.
• The  www.ppar.com page is not available.
• The  members.ppar.com page is not available.
• The PPAR email server is down.

When access to the PPAR or RSC web pages or the PPMLS Tempo System is unavailable on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Easter), contact the RSC on-call support by sending an email to pparweekends@yahoo.com.  The email should include a detailed description of the problem.

Do not use pparweekends@yahoo.com for any other purpose than to report that the PPAR or PPMLS systems are down.  This mailbox is only monitored on Saturday and Sunday (and holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Easter).
