WHY:
A benefit of RSC participation is
access to the PPMLS TEMPO® or CSCSP Catylist on-line systems. RSC
encourages class attendance to help ensure that you have a good
foundation for using these systems so you can derive the utmost
benefit for dollars spent.
WHERE:
All classes are conducted in the
Training Room, Suite 303, at the PPAR office located at 430 N. Tejon
Street, Colorado Springs, CO.
WHEN:
Classes are scheduled throughout
the week:
| TEMPO® Introduction – usually
once a week |
TEMPO® Custom Search – usually
once a month. |
| TEMPO® Prospect – usually once a
month |
CSCP Intro to Commercial –
usually twice a month |
HOW:
Intro to
PPMLS Class
– When your application to participate in the PPMLS has been
processed, entered into the Rapattoni Membership Database, and then
forwarded to the TEMPO® system you may then register for and attend
a class. Allow at least two (2) business days to process your
application, then call the RSC office at 719-635-5040 to register
for a class. If your membership has been added to the TEMPO® system staff will be able to register you for a
class.
You cannot send a Proxy to the
Introduction classes.

Search Classes – prerequisite is the TEMPO® Introduction class. |

Intro to
PPCIE/CSCP (Commercial) Class

Continuing Education credit given for each class

handout for each class.

No “walk-ins” due to limited
seating.

Do you have any disabilities
which require special accommodations, including the provision of
auxiliary aids and services? If so, please identify your needs.
If
you are registered for any class and do not attend the class that
you are registered for, you may be charged a $50.00 “no-show” fee.
If you are an Unlicensed Assistant or other support staff, your
employing broker will be assessed this fee. To cancel a
reservation, please call the RSC office at 719-635-5040, or go to
the Self-Registration Link and cancel your reservation before the
start of the class.
