CoreLogic provides the Realist county
assessor/tax record information that is provided with the PPMLS Tempo,
and CSCP Catylist systems. Information should be independently
verified for accuracy. November 2010. The following describes which square footage fields will display and how they will be labeled. EL PASO: as provided by county and/or Realist calculations. Residential Parcels: · Main Level Area · Upper Level Area · Half Story Area · Lower Level Area · Est. EL PASO CROSS REFERENCE INDEX FOR REALIST SEARCHES: RSC Staff have created a program that allows you to search the El Paso County Assessor file by Top and Side Coordinate numbers, Sold Date, Sold Price or Above Grade Sq Ft. When the program returns matches, you may use the schedule numbers to identify properties for your Realist search. The link to the program is located on the “Sidebar” in the TEMPO® system. At the Sidebar, go to MLS Links, then County Records Index. |
| Finding Square Footage via El Paso Assessor Web Site |

The El Paso Assessor does display detailed information such as Total Above Grade Area, First Floor Area, Above First Floor Area, Total Basement Area and Finished Basement Area on their web site. Following the example below (screenshots), here are the steps to get this data. To access the El Paso Assessor Web Site, click here. From within TEMPO™, you will find links to the various Assessor web sites by opening up the Sidebar. On the El Paso Assessor web site, you do either an address search or a specific parcel search if you know the Schedule Number.
Once you are on the Public Record Property Information report (like the example below), notice the options on the left-side of the page. When available, there will be a link to the "City Zoningcode for that property.code for that property.
Now look for the section called Residential Information. Under this header, you will find a column called "Bldg#". Each row in this section will give you access to the different buildings on a parcel. Most residential parcels will only have one Building on them. Some Multi-Family and Commercial parcels have multiple buildings on them. You can click on the "Bldg#", as in the example below, to find more specific information for that specific building.
