• You are a broker with full access to the PPMLS

• You have a website

• Your website is designed to market your real estate brokerage services

• You would like to make the MLS searchable on your website for free

What will it look like?

I want to use IDX Search Powered by PPAR.com on my website!  Now what?

• Fill out the below Forms and fax to 719-476-8181:

  • Registration Form

  • Option Select Form

Approval?

• Wait for approval - approval could take up to two weeks

• Your website will be reviewed to ensure it qualifies for PPMLS IDX

• See Section 18 of the PPMLS Rules for more details

How will I know the status of my application?

• You will receive an email at your ppar.net and/or email stored in TEMPO™ from idx.admin@ppar.org confirming receipt of your application.

I’m approved!  Now what?

• You will receive an email with all the details your website designer needs to implement IDX Search Powered by PPAR.com on your website!
