What is IDX?

 What is IDX?
  • IDX stands for Internet Data Exchange. It is the only NAR approved method for you to advertise, within your normal real estate business activities, the aggregate of MLS listings on your office/agent web page.
 Who qualifies for IDX?
  • You must be an active REALTOR® participant (Broker Owner) or REALTOR® sub participant (Broker Associate) of the PPMLS.
 IDX Rules? (please refer to Section 18 of the PPMLS Rules for more details)
  • IDX does not require password protection on your internet site
  • You can display address and/or property location
  • You can display property description remarks
  • You must display listing office name 
Where are IDX Listings Sent? (When Electronic Advertising is set to ALL, your MLS Listings are included in IDX)

  • ListHub - Contact your Employing Broker to see which ListHub "Channels" your office is subscribed to.
    If your office does not have a ListHub account, ask your Employing Broker to sign up at www.ListHub.com or by calling 1-877-847-3394.
    Please Note: ListHub Accounts must be created by the Employing Broker.
  • Agent and Office Branded Websites - These branded websites are owned by REALTOR® members
