How do I implement IDX? (If you are an Internet Vendor click here)

  • You can enlist the services of our IDX Technology Partners, who are licensed to use PPMLS content for IDX Solutions.
  • You can download authorized data from the PPMLS system. (RSC content can not be forwarded to a vendor.)
  • You can subscribe to the Broker/Agent FTP. (RSC content can not be forwarded to a vendor.)

How much does IDX cost?

  • Linking to PPAR.com’s public search page is at no charge
  • Vendor pricing is not controlled by RSC; IDX Technology Partners set their own subscription fees
  • PPMLS download is at no charge (RSC content can not be forwarded to a vendor)
  • The Broker/Agent FTP is $50 per month per url (RSC content can not be forwarded to a vendor)
