• You must be an active participant (Broker Owner) or sub participant (Broker Associate) of the PPMLS.

• IDX does not require password protection on your internet site
   
• You can display address and/or property location
   
• You can display property description remarks
   
• You must display listing office name

• ListHub - Contact your Employing Broker to see which ListHub "Channels" your office is subscribed to.

  Please Note: ListHub Accounts must created by the Employing Broker.
   
• Agent and Office Branded Websites - These branded websites are owned by REALTOR® members

• You can incorporate IDX Powered By PPAR.com into your own branded Web Site.
  
  
• You can enlist the services of our IDX Technology Partners, who are licensed to use PPMLS content for IDX Solutions.
   
• You can subscribe to the Broker/Agent RETS Feed. (RSC content can not be forwarded to a vendor.)

• IDX Powered By PPAR.com is at no charge
   
• IDX Technology Partners set their own subscription fees; There is no additonal charge to you from RSC for this option
   
• PPMLS download is a manual process performed by you at no charge from RSC (RSC content cannot be forwarded to a vendor)
   
• The Broker/Agent RETS Feed is $50 per month per URL (RSC content can not be forwarded to a vendor)
