MANDATORY PASSWORD CHANGE:
  • The process to require a mandatory password change every 120 days has begun for those users with last name A-D.  Login in to TEMPO with your current password.  Go to the black bar at the top and select My Page, then Change My Password.  Follow the instructions on the page.
  • In the coming weeks other users will also be notified (by the schedule below) to change their password:
    • December 6:  E-K
    • December 13:  L-R
    • December 20:  S-Z
  • Note- for the initial kick-off of this program from November 29 to December 20 if you change your password prior to getting the notice you will still be required to change your password after you get the notice.
The November 29, 2005 TEMPO "Publish" included the following programming enhancement, changes, and fixes:
  • When an agent transfers to another company the broker in the old listing office will now be able to change the status and/or the listing agent of the affected listings through the Edit program.
  • Search Results Summary Screen - now the Report Functions appear at both the bottom and top of the screen.
  • The "To List" option will enable you to return to  the listing you were on in the summary screen.
  • Map link is now active in Client Web.
  • The Head Broker and Office Manager can now see all agents in the Agent Inventory/Productivity reports.
CLEAN-UP OF PPAR.NET MAILBOXES:

Effective Thursday, December 8, a program will run on the PPAR Email server which will delete all email messages that are older than 120 days that are still sitting in any ppar.net email box. This measure is being taken to ensure that new messages are not returned to PPAR undeliverable because the member ppar.net mailbox was full.

If  you have messages older than 120 days that you would like to keep, you  will  need to set up Outlook, Outlook Express, ACT or some other email program to retrieve your email messages from your ppar.net email box.  To assist you RSC staff have created help pages, complete with screenshots, detailing how to configure Outlook and Outlook Express. You can access these help pages by clicking the link below.

The ppar.com email boxes will not be effected by this automated cleanup program.

Thank you for your cooperation.  If you have questions please email us at ppmls@ppar.org.
