• RSC REMODEL:  Just a reminder that during the remodel in August and September the RSC offices will be temporarily located in the PPAR Training room on the 3^rd floor.  PPMLS and PPCIE computer classes will be conducted in the PPAR Conference room on the 1^st floor.  A temporary one-station Resource Center will be located in the PPAR offices on the 1^st floor.
   
• PPMLS “TEMPO” CLASSES:  The “Intro to PPMLS”, “Custom Search/CMA” and “Prospect/Client Web” classes will be available during the remodel and presented in lecture-style format.  Class size is limited to 12-14 to create a better learning environment.  Click here for on-line registration.

The Intro to PPMLS class is mandatory; you must attend it to receive your PPMLS login and password.  The class has been streamlined to present the basic and most important information you will need to start using the TEMPO computer system. 

• Overview of TEMPO
• Add/Edit
• PPMLS Rules (fineable violations)
• Quick Search – including maps and statistics

 Once you have mastered the basics of TEMPO we encourage you to attend the Custom Search/CMA and the Prospect/Client Web classes.  These classes are designed to provide in-depth instruction on the subject matter. 

• Custom Search/CMA – learn how to set up a search for fields that are not included in Quick Search.  Also walk through the CMA Wizard program to create professional-looking reports for your clients.
• Prospect/Client Web – let the computer find property matches for your clients.  TEMPO can run searches for your clients 4 times a day!  Or, as an additional service to clients, create their own mini-web which they can access at their convenience.
