Mandatory Passwords -

The process to
require that PPMLS
Tempo System
passwords be changed
every 120 days was
implemented in
November 2005.
-
The email
notification process
to alert you to
change your password
starts 108 days from
the last time
your password was
changed.
-
Some users are
approaching the end
of one cycle.
Consequently, within
a few days many of
you will receive an
email notice to
change your password
within a 12-day
period.

To change your
password, log into
the PPMLS Tempo
system with your
current password.
Go to the black
navigation bar at
the top and select
My Page, then Change
My Password. Follow
the instructions on
the page.

If you fail to
change your password
within the 12-day
period, the system
will simply
re-direct you to
My Page when you
attempt to log into
the PPMLS Tempo
system. (You will
not be allowed to
access any other
Tempo function.)
Change your password
at My Page. You
will then be
required to exit the
PPMLS Tempo System
to activate the
change. Then login
again using your new
password, and
proceed to the
desired function.
UC-Under Contract
Listing Status -
-
Indicates that the
listing is under
contract, but will
continue to be
shown.
-
The listing will
auto-expire (status
changes to
X-Expired) when the
Expiration Date
occurs.

If the listing
expires, after
closing be sure to
submit a Change and
Corrections form to
update the listing
with the Sold/Closed
information.
