PPMLS TEMPO® System

The following changes will be implemented with the PPMLS TEMPO® System "Publish" scheduled for Wednesday, November 29, 2006.

COUNTY INFORMATION:

Teller County Area Boundaries - In April 2006 RSC convened a Task Force to address requests for Teller County Area boundary line changes. The Task Force, comprised of six brokers who work in Teller, recommended changes to include the formation of two new Areas:

  • The northern sections of DIV and WPK will be broken off into a new Area called WPN (Woodland Park North).
  • The southern section of FLO will be broken off into a new Area called FLS (Florissant South).

We anticipate a new Teller County fold map in January. Until then, please refer to links provided at www.pikespeakrsc.com, under RSC Links, then 32 b (Areas and Maps).

Chafee County – has been added to the County list box.

Elbert, Fremont, Park and Pueblo Counties – the PPMLS system will now accept schedule numbers for these counties. (No dots, dashes or other non numeric characters allowed.) As a result, these properties will now be able to link over to the Realist tax system. They will also be available for display on the Combo Report.

    • Elbert – 10 digits
    • Fremont – 8 digits
    • Park – 8 digits (must prepend zeros to schedule number for a total of 8 digits)
    • Pueblo – 9 digits

ADD/EDIT:

  • Copy Listing - Validation will be done on the following fields, just as it is done in Add Listing: Street Name, City, Builder, Title Company, Subarea, Zone, Zoning Entity, Sale Condition, School District, Grade School, Junior/Middle School, High School. If the data that is in the old listing does not match what is currently in the field table, then the user will get the following message (displaying the fields that did not copy over).

  • DATES – User can now enter year as 2 digit year and system will reformat to 4 digit year. Ex: 06 to 2006.
  • Duplicate Listing Check/Modifications to Street Type – If Street type is left blank user will get this pop-up message on:

Short Form – Save and Continue

Long Form – Save As Active

Long Form Edit – Save

REPORTS:

  • Book Stats – When posted will contain new MLS Areas, WPN and FLS and new County - Chaffee
  • Book – Format issues are fixed – User must have margins set at .25 and no headers or footers.
  • Hotsheets – Sort is by Area and then Price
  • Activity Report – Data and Column label is right justified
  • Combo View – Now displaying data for Elbert, Park, Fremont and Pueblo properties
  • CMA Quick - Client's Property Description will now display the appropriate columns

  • Media links will display individually on the following reports:
    • Long w/photo
    • Long w/Primary/All Remarks
    • Long w/All Photos
    • Long/All Remarks/All Photos
    • Showing

Label of the link is the first 10 characters of file name uploaded, with the exception of Pictures and VTour.

  • Note - Media links when opened will take over the browser window and the back and forward buttons do not display. User cannot get back to the report without closing the Report Window.
    • Suggested Work Arounds:
      • If the user has Adobe Acrobat configured to view PDF in the browser, the PDF document will take over the browser window that the Report opens in. If Adobe is configured to NOT view PDF in the browser then the PDF will open in a separate window. See http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/331025.html
      • User can right click on link then open in a new window, or after link is opened and viewed, Alt/left arrow to get back to the Report.
      • If user closes the report window they will need to re-open the report.
