Important information to know when using the Supra Lock Box/Key
System:

Using
your RSC key in Pueblo – RSC has a reciprocal key use
agreement with the Pueblo Association of REALTORS® (PAR).
However, to use your RSC Supra Display KEYor eKey to access
listings submitted through PAR, please come to the RSC office to
complete a “Cooperating Key” memo. This memo will be faxed to
the PAR. Be sure to follow-up with PAR at 719-545-3666 to
ensure that they have recorded your key information into their
Supra system.

Using a CBS Code in Pueblo
– most Pueblo brokers use a CBS Code. This means that when you
call the Pueblo broker to set up a showing appointment, be sure
to ask for the CBS Code. To use a CBS Code, follow these
instructions:

On the key,
press Enter.

Scroll to “Input
Update or CBS.” Press Enter.

Press #2.
-
Enter the CBS
Code. Press Enter.

Return to the
“Obtain Key” screen. Proceed with normal operation.

Using an RSC iBox in Pueblo
– The iBox provided through RSC is programmed to work for
listings submitted to the RSC PPMLS Tempo® system. An RSC iBox
that is placed on a property that was submitted as a listing in
the Pueblo MLS system cannot be accessed by Pueblo brokers.

What Pueblo brokers should know about PPMLS Rules
– If you are a member of the Pueblo Association of REALTORS® and
participate in the PPMLS system, please be aware that any
listings submitted to PPMLS are subject to the PPMLS Rules and
Regulations. Violations and Fines are described in Section 9.

Error Codes on your Display KEY
– Do you have DSL? Are you getting Error Codes 03, 05, 07, 08,
09 or 15 on your key? If yes, please correct this by ensuring
that your cradle has a “DSL Filter”. The correct set up is:

Plug DSL Filter
into the phone jack.

Plug the phone
cord into the filter.
-
Plug the other
end of the phone cord into the cradle.
-
If needed, plug
the phone cord of your home phone into the cradle.
